`C-enter` produces escape sequence in buffer

When I hit C-enter it spits out the escape sequence [27;5;13~ inside mle. Ideally, nothing should happen when the key is pressed and it's not bound to anything. I assume this is an escape sequence produced by xterm like terminals that support the modifyOtherKeys option. For instance, dte handles it here.

We can handle these in termbox2. I have a patch here that seems to work. I want to look in xterm source code to see if it can actually emit escape codes for all these, or if we can get away with putting a few entries in builtin_mod_caps.
