No way to remove entityIDs from test when it's clear they're not responding

Once a test has started, the script keeps making requests to an IdP & only stops when it returns HTTP 200. If an IdP does not respond the script won't exclude it. This issue is to provide a mechanism where it's possible to exclude an IdP from a running test.
