add function to analyse developmental data

Add a function that allows for developmental data analyses: same plate is recorded over multiple days. Function should compile all data together to allow for easy further data analyses. This function would also replace the excel macro. See attached file for references (generated with current macro).
Some of the already coded functions can be used.
