CubeSpectrum always write the spectrum out to the same .tab file so separate calls to CubeSpectrum write over each other and you only have available the last spectrum executed.

The better work-around apart from more hacking in CubeSpectrum is to use the new version of Export_AT. It can write an ascii spectrum, viz. this example:

t0 = p.addtask(admit.Ingest_AT(file=cubefile))
t1 = p.addtask(admit.CubeStats_AT(ppp=True), [t0])
t2 = p.addtask(admit.Moment_AT(mom0clip=2.0, numsigma=[1]), [t0, t1])
t3 = p.addtask(admit.CubeSpectrum_AT(pos=[69,63,60,60,90,90]), [t0])
t4 = p.addtask(admit.Export_AT(basename="mom0"), [t2])
t5 = p.addtask(admit.Export_AT(basename="spec0"), [t3])

this will write mom0.fits and spec0.tab in the admit dataset. It's still open to discussion.
