RSR with missing/bad chassis crashing pipeline

for obsnum=124545 pipeline crashes because chassis 3 is short. the lmtinfo.py is already crashing, so can't get the ""rc" parameters.

a partial solution would be to remove the broken RedshiftChassis3/RedshiftChassis3_2024-12-04_124545_00_0001.nc file.
