Inconvenient disabling procedure #399
Description
Disabling the package does not eliminate the autocomplete feature without a restart, which is a bit obnoxious when you're in the middle of something. It enabled itself without a restart (without my having done anything), but then disabling it was an ordeal because I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Please provide a way to disable this easily and painlessly for the high percentage of users who never asked for this feature in the first place.
Related point: Please never reenable it on updates or for any other reason. I will never ever want this.
