Threads not completely cleaned

When an executor service configuration of type INSTANCE for a sub program, threads are not completely cleaned after the execution of the sub program but at the end of the main program. This can led to an overloaded with number of threads.

This issue is for ParalleJ Runtime version 1.4.1
