RPM is missing SHA256 file digests

If you attempt to install the currently published RPM for the codedeploy agent on RHEL 9 w/ FIPS mode enabled, the installation will fail because fips mode requires sha256 for the file digest.  The build process for the RPM needs to be updated to include those digests.
