AOGX/USDT pool Error #80
Description
Hello,
I tried to create an additional AOGX/USDT liquidity pool. I went through the full process and entered all the parameters correctly. However, the following issues occurred:
During the pool creation, the gas fee was charged twice, as if I deployed the pool two times.
When I tried to approve USDT in the UI, it gave me an error:
“The contract function ‘approve’ returned no data (0x)”.
To solve this, I made a manual USDT approve through Etherscan to the Balancer Vault (0xBA12222222228d8Ba445958a75a0704d566BF2C8) for 25 USDT (amount = 25,000,000). The approval transaction was confirmed successfully.
Despite this, the Balancer UI still shows the same error and does not let me move to the “Initialize Pool” step.
Right now, I cannot see the pool in my dashboard, and I also don’t see my deposited funds.

Which pool is actually deployed and valid?
Why the UI still blocks me at the “Approve USDT” step, even though the allowance is confirmed on-chain?
