Propagate notes from "section" slide to "nested" slides

When notes are added to a "section" slide, these notes will disapear as soon as you have nested slides.
To fix this problem, we should propagate notes from "section" slides to nested slides if this nested slides do not have notes, otherwise these notes are kept.
