Improve installation: Add Apache2 vhost settings

Thank you for this great software, I really like it's simplicity!
I had troubles setting this up in Apache2 though because I wasn't familiar with how Laravel works. It might be a good idea to add an example vhost.conf.
I didn't know the vhosts document directory needs to be set to the "public" directory of this repo. Trying to access this app from a sub-folder leads to very misleading errors and an empty page.
