Enable modification of multiple fields (columns) in a single plugin. Also, allow extraction of specific fields from the input file to use in the plugin.
Why it should be implemented?
Enrich the use of the plugin system. It provides users more flexibility for data transformation and simplifies plugin implementation.

- Check current tests and if it is possible implement new ones.
- Add changes to docs.
- Add new examples with this feature (if possible).
