Filtering and sorting #7
Description
Current dropdown allows you to select a view which offers you both sorting views as well as filtering views. This should be split for clarity.
Sorting:
- Trending
- Recent
- Most Wanted
- Most Discussed
Filtering:
- My Votes
- Planned
- Started
- Completed
- Declined
In regards to filtering, we use tags to categorize the ideas under the different products.
It allows you to select multiple tags and the relation is AND, but that does not work in our use case since there is no idea with more than 1 tag.
Possible solutions:
- change it to OR so that when you select multiple tags you get ideas containing one of the selected tags
- change it from a multiselect to a normal select which allows you to choose one tag at a time.
