"Irregular Absence Counter" = misleading name?

We would expect the field Irregular Absence Counter to contain the counter related to the shift status of the irregular worker. Instead, this counter is called Regular shifts counter, even for irregular workers.

I think this is misleading:

• the field should be called Shift Counter, without a reference to regular or irregular, since it applies to both.
• maybe Irregular Absence Counter should be named differently not to be confused with the shift counter (since an absence could be understood as shift not attended)
