when i connect my pad 7 to my ender 3 neo and try to use the touch screen on the pad 7 it does not push what im trying to push? i need to know how to fix it? if someone can email me @ gregtd22@gmail.com and help me!

I can't get my pad 7 to turn on at all. I had to update and the micro sd card got wiped out now it will not turn on.
How can i fix this?
