Rubyripper version 0.8.0rc4

If you enter "http://freedbtest.dyndns.org/~cddb/cddb.cgi" in the preferences "Gnudb server", it will change to "http://gnudbtest.dyndns.org/~cddb/cddb.cgi".

freedbtest.dyndns.org is commonly used in Japan, so I'm happy it if you could support it.
