<patientRole> ID and SSN should have real data elements not fake values

Hi,

If we are using the ccda_template.ejs file that is packaged it places fake data for the ID and SSN for the section, but thinking that should not do that here? could we not just add a few more elements to the demograpics class that is used fort he rest of that section?

for example:

same idea for SSN, this is the code we use locally and works well but wanted ideas on merging something like that back in the codebase

Totally an issue! I'm not working in healthcare anymore, so I don't get work time to work on this project anymore, but I'd welcome a pull request that parses this data to JSON and also updates the CCDA template to accept an SSN / patient ID.
