Add range-wide threshold argument to bam_occurrence

Feedback from Brandon Allen: should provide the user the option to select whether the threshold is based on the AOI or the entire range of the species. Using the AOI may result in low-density areas selected in the entire AOI is low density, which may or may not be desirable. Should build a backend lookup table for the range-wide values.
