Make window resizable (request)

I love bvi. It has been my go-to hex editor for a while. It was super useful for my old unix fingers in college cyber security classes. Thank you for making it!

Right now if I resize my terminal window., bvi just chrips at me, and does not resize its viewport.

Do you have any thoughts on making it so that it redraws the screen/view using the new terminal size instead?

Ncurses provides some functions for obtaining the new terminal size from the environment during run-time. Thomas Dickey has chimed in on a way for ncurses programs to dynamically notice window resizes.

I have been looking at the bvi source code and have not quite nailed down where it is getting the terminal size from.

It would be nice.
