Notification controls do not work with user agent switcher extension

Reproduce:

1. Install user agent switcher
2. set profile to be IE9
3. go to pandora.com
4. try to use the mute button notification control

actual:
Doesn't work - i assume this is because Pandora switches some interface elements when viewing in different browsers.

expected:
if it's easy, we should just check to see what button shows up instead for IE9 and see if that's present.

Actually, it's just the mute toggle. I think it has to do with the jquery.simulate plugin. I've read that Internet Explorer's createEvent() is broken.

The user agent has nothing to do with Chrome's parser or it's JS engine. The reason is because the DOM element changed or something else that has to do with the CSS/HTML.
