Forced to find spots after setting beam centre #188
Description
The vmxi_thaumatin dataset from DIALS data seems to have a wrong beam centre. I imported, found spots, indexed and noticed that half the spots are not indexed. I went back and did Actions->Set beam centre, but after modify_geometry is run, I can't go straight to indexing. It forces me to find spots again. However, from the command line this is fine. I don't need to find spots again to run indexing with a different geometry.
