Drag'n'drop to an event, scrolls the page to the top.

If you are for example in Relationship CardView, and scroll down the event list and Drag'n'drop an citation on it, the view scrolls all the back way to the top. Its very moment-breaking, or drags you out the work. (If that is a way to explain it).
Would be way better if it didnt. Even if its not pefect.

Dont know if its CardView or core Gramps related.
