Update references/instructions from HSPC to Logica #140
Description
The sandbox project, especially the README.md file, contains several references to the HSPC sandbox. This includes instructions how to launch the CDS Hooks sandbox using an HSPC data set. These references and instructions should be updated to reflect Logica urls and details, instead.
