develop branch: do we need all of the gtest code?

It looks to me like the repository contains all of the gtest code including gtest's own tests. Is that really necessary? It increases the size of the repository without any particular added value.

Looks like it is possible to fuse all the required source into two files: https://code.google.com/p/googletest/wiki/V1_7_AdvancedGuide#Fusing_Google_Test_Source_Files

Might be better to use that?
