Add support for Visual Studio 2026 #1351

Microsoft doesn't give access to the Community version of Visual Studio 2022 anymore (at least, not officially since we can download it from https://www.junian.net/dev/visual-studio-community-download-links/). The only Community version that we can download is for Visual Studio 2026 and it doesn't work with libCellML. It generates all sorts of errors. So, it would be good to add support for Visual Studio 2026, keeping in mind that GitHub Actions doesn't yet support Visual Studio 2026 (see here)... 🤦♂️
