MxScrollView: Option to disable shadow

It should be possible to disable the "shadow" that is shown over the child window to indicate that there is a region out of view (https://github.com/clutter-project/mx/blob/master/mx/mx-scroll-view.c#L247) since it is undesirable in many cases.
