Default timezone

Is there any way that the timezone can be controlled either by the host machine or passed in as a config option within config.rb

It's not configurable right now, and since it's in the Puppet script even if you go into the box and fiddle with the symlink it'll just fix itself next time you provision.

This is a reasonable request, though.

Do you really need it to be configurable, or do we just want it to be made consistent with the PHP Setting of UTC?
