dotnet error? need help

I am trying to install covenant on ubuntu, and am running into some problems. After install everything and dotnet svk 3.1, i run dotnet run and get this error:

Anyone know what i should do about this error?

this has to do with your dotnet runtime installtion probably, did you install with snap ? check this out dotnet/runtime#78931
