Sometimes incorrect photos on IOS Safari on talk pages

http://2016.code4lib.org/Ever-to-Excel-Towards-an-Apologetics-of-the-Spreadsheet-On-and-Off-the-Web
shows a picture that is clearly not Mark A. Matienzo.

This only seems to be on IOS Safari, fine on IOS Chrome, fine on any browser on a laptop. It is not universal as some links (for example, all the photos in Group 1) are correct.

In fact, I'm not sure it is a problem anywhere but in Group 2.
