Authorities, Boards, & Commissions meeting agendas (I wish these also had meeting minutes so you can see what was discussed and votes taken / decisions made... not sure exactly sure where meeting minutes are archived)

Are there patterns in these agendas that we can identify to make a simple:

• Meeting date
• Meeting time
• Meeting place
• Meeting title
• Meeting organization (which ABC / which city of tulsa office or function)

And then place each one of these meetings into categories.
Some meetings are going to be very generic such as the weekly city council meeting. Others will be very specific like Beyond Apology (which is the city's commission to discuss Tulsa's local policy for reparations for Greenwood). I am going to imagine that people will want to subscribe to get notified about upcoming meetings:

• based on something in the agenda that is relevant to their neighborhood
• based on a topic in the agenda that they are interested in (parks, animal welfare, the arts...)
