compio-quic: IO API redesign?

I would like to remove some methods in compio_quic::RecvStream and SendStream. Specifically, read, read_exact, write, write_all, as they are already provided by futures-util, and the signatures are different from the ones in compio-io. Let's discuss about it.

RecvStream and SendStream already implement the traits in compio-io. If the methods are removed, users have to use the provided methods in compio-io (or futures-util if io-compat is enabled).

I see. Then I don't see why we should keep them, especially with the possibility to implement IoBufMut for all existing 'static BufMut types.
