Manage hosts within the client

It would be nice to be able to support managing the hosts file of the VM from say the parrot config file, so that you could add host file entries easily, and then not have to remember to re-add when you destroy and rebuild your parrot VM.

Maybe we should look into using vagrant-hostsupdater to manage the hosts on the host system
