embed more screenshots in the last half of the lesson #1

@saachibm noticed that the screenshots and visuals in general diminish towards the end of the lesson (Branches, Forks, & Pull Requests etc) as the author ahem became tired of working on this and threw up walls of text.
intersperse visuals and screenshots of the GitHub Desktop UI within the lesson, starting at https://github.com/comses-education/github-starter-course#branches
(good first issue for anyone who wants to practice forks / branches / pull requests)
