Implementation of MixinCanceller is not registered

SeedQueue implements MixinSquareds MixinCanceller in its SeedQueueMixinConfigPlugin, however according to the MixinSquared Wiki that isn't how you register it, you have to make an extra entrypoint in the fabric.mod.json.
This situation is really weird in general because people started getting massive performance regressions with SleepBackground at some point during SeedQueue beta testing, which was narrowed down to be caused by the mixin that SeedQueue now attempts to cancel.
The strange thing is that these performance regressions seem to have gone away? Idk very weird..
