Have backup exclude Plex backups

Could you have the rsync exclude the plex backups to the RAM disk so they don't takeup additional space?

I was working on this, however I am not sure at this moment if this is possible. I think I disgarded this solution because creating Docker volumes would become a mess.
However if this is a big concern I could give it another go
