Active volume definition in mass model and DEE

Confirm the active volume definitions in the mass model and in the DEE agree with measurements for each individual detector. The guard ring needs to be an active volume read out in the sims with the masking applied in the DEE. The size of the active GeD volume needs to be decoupled from the Guard Ring size in the mass model volume definition, and the ingot size needs to be correct for each detector. Each detector should be simulated as a voxel detector instead of a strip detector to handle the charge transport appropriately.
