Create a complete test data set

I would like to have a small (10-20 MB gzip'ed Roa) test data set to test our pipeline on in the resource directory.
This should come with all files to run the data set through nuclearzier.
Then when somebody adds a new feature which requires a new calibration file (e.g. metrology, slow threshold cut file), you can add that calibration file there for testing.

This would really help also with PR reviews when all data sets are present.
