duration printing broken if minutes >= 100

The Progress.with_reporter (counter size) prints all fine:
99:59 [###...] YY %

but once minutes gets into three-digit land:
100:3 [###...] YY %

i.e. the seconds are only printed as one digit (instead of 36, only 3).
