[UI] Post Detail Page Title pushes out `WhichPage` and bookmark

Description:

If a listing title spans multiple lines, it pushes out the little WhichPage pager and bookmark which looks weird.

You can either:

1. Add code to check this (somehow lol) and add extra padding as needed, OR
2. just remove this weird padding stuff im doing and make the sheet go on top of everything. that's fine too, if you can't get the other soln to work.
