Provide separate README for github #5
Description
When browsing to github on a phone, clicking "View all of README.pod" just shows the symlink itself. This is suboptimal if we want people idly browsing the internet to see our awesome documentation...
It might be appropriate to have separate information for people looking at the git repository compared to metacpan - e.g. details about how to contribute to the project, and leave the usage docs for the real POD.
