Add ability to supply bearer token

Currently, DADI Passport is used to automatically negotiate a bearer token with the issuer. In some situations, the developer might want to take control of that (such as when integrating with Web, which already has a bearer token). 

We need a `token` property added to the constructor, which when defined will be used in the API call, bypassing DADI Passport.
