Add feature to rename conversations in chat list #76

Description:
All conversations currently appear as “New conversation,” which makes it difficult to identify specific chats.
A rename feature would let users label their conversations for easy reference.
Proposed solution:
- Allow users to double-click on the conversation title (or click a ✏️ icon) to edit the name.
- Save the new title immediately.
- Display the updated name in the sidebar and anywhere else the conversation title appears.
Expected behavior:
User can rename a conversation (e.g., from “New conversation” → “Macroeconomics Notes”), and the sidebar reflects the updated name persistently.
