Publish DC2F

The DC2F Website should be published with the Static File Publisher. Best would be a post build step in jenkins.

how hard is it to create a maven goal for this? imagine if you have a new CMS project and you would simply create a pom.xml with DC2F as requirement and run 'mvn dc2f:staticsite' and it would generate the static html pages ;)
