RecognizerIntent some fields do not work

Hi, I'm trying to add EXTRA_SPEECH_INPUT_COMPLETE_SILENCE_LENGTH_MILLIS and EXTRA_SPEECH_INPUT_POSSIBLY_COMPLETE_SILENCE_LENGTH_MILLIS but they do not seem to work. However, other fields like EXTRA_PARTIAL_RESULTS work. Any idea why this is?

Unless you are getting an error I am assuming it is an issue with the Android API rather than my JavaScript wrapper. Other people seem to have reported something similar on Stackoverflow.
