can the huggingface repository be un-gated?

Hello,

I'm a fan of the model, I have support for fine-tuning it in my project, but the gated nature of the weights on HF Hub is an obstacle to the use of the model.

I was hoping @zeroshot-ai that the gate could be lifted, as the license is already fairly encompassing?
