Google AdSense implementation

Hi,

I am really new to static site generators, I do have some basic HTML and CSS skills; however, I am quite unsure how to implement Google AdSense to the top of the site. I am using it mostly as a website for blogs. 

Love the work you did. Very easy to change things around to my liking.

Can you give me any pointers to the right direction?
