Contact page no longer working

I recently upgraded Hugo to v0.152.2 and I noticed the contact/ formspree section no longer loads correctly. Others seem to have reported it here, possibly with more details.

If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd happily tinker towards a resolution but unsure how the two integrate or how to go about upgrading.
