Volume setting not working, reverts to generic mp3 playback volume. #87
Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set any alarm with custom volume setting, e.g. from 10% to 100% in 20sec.
2. Sleep until alarm goes off
3. Be woken abruptly by the constant 80% volume.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect hearing a gentle volume increase as set wthin the alarmklock app.
Instead, the mp3 song i have chosen is played with the volume of the generic
music player app (not the phone's call ringtone volume or any other). It seems
to be the last used volume setting of the music player. Looks like the app
calls the music player to play the music but doesn't regulate the volume
correctly.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Alarmklock 1.7 from fdroid on Sony Xperia Ray running Android 4.0.4.
