Mac support: Create distribution for mac. Fix open of links and files. #177
Description
Implement functionality to
- open links (BrowserHelper) and files (FileOpenHelper) to also work on Mac
- create a distribution file for mac to be able to more easily set it up on Mac (some special archive containing the .jar)
