Migrate details in 'trait_expression' README to docs

We should ideally have a docs page with a description of available experiments. 

the README in `mozoo.experiments.trait_expression` could be shortened to just:
- brief overview of dataset / task 
- instructions on how to run stuff
- results screenshot
- [optional] description of any files not covered above

 Then point people to the docs for details.
